The Story of Seaweed Muldoon

Seaweed Muldoon Swim & Sportswear is a labor of love that began in 2019. Named such, because my father called beach bums with ocean swept hair, "Seaweed Muldoons". My name is Theresa, that's me in the picture. I do everything. Every part of this little company, from design to fabrication, is me. I started making swimwear because I couldn't find a matching bikini that fit my top and bottom. Then my sister needed one, then a friend... etc.  I'm what you'd call a maker. I love making things. I make shoes and leather things, moss wall art, I paint and try my hand at pottery and woodworking...What's the saying? Jack of all trades master of none? I really try hard to master the swimwear though.  I am passionate about creating swimwear for any and every body. I strive to use recycled thread fabrics, mainly Carvico brand, and create my swimwear in a sustainable way. My journey started with custom swimwear and has since evolved to include unique graphic designs for T-shirts and sweatshirts. I take pride in my creations.

My goal is to provide you with quality, eco-friendly swimwear pieces that make a statement but also make you feel comfortable.
